- Annual hosting plans may be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days from the initial purchase date. Refunds will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of the service.

- Web Design and Development Services:
- Web design and development services are non-refundable once the project has commenced or after the initial design concepts have been approved.
- If services are canceled before the commencement of the project or approval of initial design concepts, a partial refund may be considered, excluding any work completed or resources utilized.
- Exceptions:
- Any third-party fees paid on behalf of the client (e.g., SSL certificates, software licenses) are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for accounts that have violated our terms of service or engaged in abusive or fraudulent activities.
- Refund Procedure:
- To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via mail within the eligible refund period.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the refund request and issued via the original payment method.
